I reblog a lot of stuff. Rock music, video games, football, movies, comedians, funny stuff and pretty much anything else.
My blog title is from ‘The Sparrow’ by Mastodon and my URL is a instrumental song by Iron Maiden - ‘Losfer Words (Big ‘Orra)’. Basically Iron Maiden are my favourite band and although Losfer Words isn’t my favourite song by them, I thought that it was a clever(ish) play on words of ‘Lost for Words’ and this being a blog and all. Anyway….
I mainly listen to rock/metal music but do listen to some rap. My favourite bands (other than Iron Maiden) are Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, The Joy Formidable, Funeral For A Friend, Biffy Clyro and Arctic Monkeys. I have a last.fm which has tons more bands than I can’t list here.
My favourite TV shows are: Suits, American Pickers, The Sopranos, The Wire, Boardwalk Empire, An Idiot Abroad, Bored to Death, Ghost Hunters.
My favourite movies are: The Godfather, Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way, A Bronx Tale, The Bourne Identity, Limitless, Ocean’s 11, Fight Club, Scarface, Anchorman, The Departed, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Almost Famous, Kick-Ass, Shutter Island.
I have three guitars (but I haven’t played them in ages). I like to make people laugh, I’m quite cynical too. I love football and Sky Sports - I support Newcastle United and Swansea City (home town).
I play games on PC, PS3 and PS Vita. I say random things on twitter quite often too. My favourite comedian is Ross Noble.
I have two other blogs one where I post wrestling stuff and a Fallout 3/New Vegas screenshot blog.
