I’m following fuckyeahtattoos because I’ve always liked tattoos (sleeve ones more than others) but to be honest following that blog has probably done more to put me off getting a tattoo than get one.

I mean some of them do look cool but others I look at and I think to myself “wow you’ve got that for the rest of your life”.

Sometimes I love a band even more when not many other people know of them.

I mean this Kids In Glass Houses album “Dirt” is fucking awesome. Pardon my french, but it’s justified it really is that good. But not many people seem to be aware of KIGH, mainly because You Me At Six are the “it band” right now. Which is thanks to Paramore taking them on tour basically. I hate the comparison between these two bands because KIGH are so much better than YMAS they really are. I know that’s just my opinion, but still I do laugh a little whenever I see someone saying how great YMAS are. But I’ve come to the conclusion that rather than try and get people to listen to KIGH I’ll just keep them to myself and wait for them to get the recognition they deserve the right way and not because they toured with “a cool band”.

I’m now in full on rant mode so I shall make another music related rant :p

Pop Punk Music. “Pop Punk” should NOT be a music genre. It’s either “pop” OR “punk” it should not be both. I hate all those American bands that are so generic sounding. Dressing up as women in your videos makes you “punk” does it? Let me just get Frank Carter to shout in your face and watch how fast you shit your pants. Gallows are a real punk band.
